Waldo

Waldo is a project management software designed for use in the construction industry, originally created for asbestos abatement and removal. Through this software, employees are able to track process of existing projects, completed projects, and upcoming prospects. All your forms and documents are in one place from WorkSafe to tool and inventory management.

Problem Solving:

When I started on this project, it was a functional build that required improvements to the UX and UI before proceeding to marketing.

I single-handedly redesigned the interface for this software while also improving the UX by improving navigation and removing unnecessary features.

For the mobile portion of this software, there was no existing build or prototype so I designed everything from scratch from the user flows to the wireframes down to the high fidelity prototype. I used Adobe XD for both wireframing and prototyping on this project.
